How to track multi-channel marketing campaigns in monday.com

We created a 'Campaign Hub' board with three levels: 1) Campaign master (initiative-level), 2) Channel rows (individual channel tactics), 3) Asset items (specific content pieces). Key columns: Budget, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Revenue. Use formula columns to calculate CPA and ROAS automatically. For attribution, we use a simple 'first-touch' model in monday and sync more complex attribution from HubSpot.
The Dashboard Widgets are crucial here. We have a main dashboard showing channel performance comparison with bar charts. Pro tip: use the 'Time in Status' column to track how long each campaign phase takes.
