I've been using monday.com for a year and only use basic automations. Looking for advanced automation ideas that can save real time. Our team handles marketing campaigns and client onboarding. What are your most impactful automation recipes? Specifically interested in: - Cross-board automations - Conditional logic - Email parsing - Status-based notifications that actually get read

Here are 3 automation recipes that saved our team 5+ hours weekly: 1. Client Onboarding Pipeline: When a deal closes in CRM, automatically create onboarding board items, assign tasks to specific team members based on service type, set due dates relative to start date, and send initial welcome email via Gmail integration. 2. Campaign Approval Flow: When status changes to 'Pending Approval', automatically notify specific stakeholders via Slack with item link. When approved, create tasks in creative production board with auto-assigned deadlines based on campaign launch date. 3. Time-Sensitive Escalation: If task not updated in 48 hours before due date, auto-escalate to manager and change status to 'At Risk'. This alone prevented 3 missed deadlines last month. The key is using 'Create Item' and 'Update Column' triggers together, not just simple notifications.

Emma's recipes are great. Adding one more: We use Monday's native integration with Gmail to auto-archive emails related to project items. When an email is starred in Gmail with a project tag, it automatically appears in the item's Updates. Eliminates searching for email threads.
